CHICKEN DILKUSH RECIPE
Ingredients Required
- 500 Gms Chicken
- 1 ½ Cup Onion Chopped into small pieces
- 1 Cup Tomato, Onion & Green chilli paste
- 1 Egg
- 4 tsp Curd
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- Garlic Chopped into small pieces
- Dhania Jeera powder
- 1 tsp Red Chille powder
- Kaju paste
- Khus Khus Paste
- Ginger Garlic paste
- Salt
- Oil
- Cashews ( kaju)
- Lime Juice
- Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Black Pepper, India Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cumin seeds
Preparation Method
Step-1:- Marinating
After
washing Chicken piece add Salt, Curd, Red chilly powder, Turmeric powder
& lime juice to it, mix well and keep aside for 30 mins.
You may take small or medium size Chicken
pieces, its up to your choice and your preference
Step-2
Now switch on the stove, Take a pan &
pour oil in it. Then add those marinated chicken pieces in oil and fry for 15
to 20 mins. After Chicken get fried well take it out in a clean and dry plate
Step:- 3
- Now in the same pan again add 4 tsp oil, when the oil gets heated add Black & Green cardamom, Black pepper, Indian Bay leaf, a small piece cinnamon, cloves & cumin seeds to it and fry them well.
- After that, add Onion & tomato paste, Ginger & Garlic paste to it and fry for some time.
- Then add Salt, Red chilly powder, Dhania Jeera powder to it and mix well for 2 mins
- After that add Kush Kush paste & Kaju paste to it and fry till the oil get separated from the Gravy
- Now add the fried chicken pieces to it and fry for 10 to 15 mins until the chicken pieces get cooked well
- Then add Egg ( both white and the yellow portion) to the Gravy, mix slowly and fry for 2 to 3 mins.

- Now serve in a Serving bowl and Garnish it with Coriender leaves, Onion pieces ( chopped into very fine and small pieces) & Cashews ( Kaju) and serve hot hot.
